UPDATE: This boudoir studio in Austin, TX will no longer be available starting January 31, 2025.
My current Master Bedroom also happens to be my primary boudoir studio (for now)! There are key things I look for when building out my studio space and this post will go into some of those details.
But first… I’m so fortunate to have had the luck (and preparation) to buy my house at the end of 2020. Y’all… it was stressful and crazy and SO hard, but it worked out even better than I could have imagined. The Austin housing market EXPLODED even more than it had already done previously right after I closed on my house. My timing couldn’t have been more perfect honestly.
I’m so grateful for the help and encouragement of my realtors Regal Real Estate (Wade + Morgan Goodwin). They truly helped guide me through this whole process and gave me the information and help I needed to be bold enough to pull the trigger! If you need a realtor… you’d be doing yourself a HUGE favor by hiring them.

All that to say… it has been SO fun getting to decorate this space exactly how I want for myself and with my Boudoir Sessions in mind.
My whole vibe in my bedroom was neutrals with softness. I needed the room to photograph in a way that made the client the main focal point, but still surrounded them with pretty things. I chose a color palette of cream, pale pink, brown, and pops of black to create a bit of interest.
Did you know you can rent my space?? It’s true! Rental available through Peerspace.com

When I started the design process, my main sources of inspiration were Lulu & Georgia and Anthropologie Living. I believe a majority of my furniture in my entire house came from those two stores. They created spaces in their look books that resonated with me, so I knew that should be where I did most of my shopping.
